Message	How about welding a thicker piece of aluminum to the hard pipe where the hole will be drilled and tapped. If the hard pipe is a little thicker than 1/16 inch, how thick would you want the added piece to be to hold the nozzle ? Can welders do a good job on small areas of aluminum ?
